The upcoming Boutique Development vSummit is a one-day virtual conference providing expert insights into the boutique residential sector. The summit is known in the industry for its market insights, expertise, the calibre of its speakers and projects.

This year, the vSummit is referring to The Grounds of Kew by Beulah, Kurraba Residences by Third.i Group and Luna by Forme as exemplary projects in the off-the-plan market.

The Grounds of Kew

The Grounds of Kew is a boutique collection of high-end residences that have been curated with care, are grand in scale and offer an utterly indulgent lifestyle.

The Grounds of Kew by Beulah, located at 367 Cotham Road in Kew, is only 6km from Melbourne CBD and offers a collection of 21 large-scale apartments across three levels. The project takes inspiration from Sackville Ward’s grand mansions and Federation-era architecture with a lavish approach to size and materiality that enhances day-to-day living.

The homes embody the rich character and cultural significance of its highly sought-after and affluent location through a discerning material palette - imbuing each with a distinctly ‘Kew’ flair.

Nicky Drobis, Director of Fender Katsalidis, commented to The Urban Developer that the collaborative design approach of the apartment project centred on the architectural heritage and garden setting of Kew.

Kurraba Residences

Kurraba Residences is positioned only moments from the business heart of Sydney.

Kurraba Residences sits in a tightly-held peninsula on Sydney Harbour between Kirribilli Point and Cremorne Point. The joint venture between Third.i Group and Pheonix Property Investors (PPI) offers house-sized two and three-bedroom apartments.

Inspired by the rich character and distinctive heritage of the grandest of art deco homes, Kurraba Residences is defined by large balconies and semi-circular windows encircled by lush landscaping on all three sides. In addition, 180-degree views of the harbour stretch out across the front of the project - which is unique to this Kurraba Point location - presenting a once in a generation opportunity to purchase a brand-new home in one of Sydney’s most coveted enclaves.

Luna

Each residence at Luna embraces uninterrupted views across Burleigh Beach, to the northern Gold Coast skyline.

Luna marks developer Forme’s fifth luxury beachfront development on the Gold Coast. Located on 50 Goodwin Terrace, Burleigh Heads, Luna offers full-floor residences and a dual-storey penthouse with a private rooftop pool terrace.

Each apartment will feature premium appointments, 260sqm floorplans, and 14-metre full-height glazing to make the most of the north-facing coastal views. The interiors are designed by Mim Design and feature richly veined stone, European oak, curved glass, polished render and brushed nickel.

This development sits alongside Forme’s recently completed Norfolk project, the first multi-storey residential development on Goodwin Terrace in three decades. David Calvisi, Managing Director of Forme, said to The Urban Developer, “Luna represents a new phase of beachfront perfection and is a stunning complement to Norfolk.”
