The upcoming Boutique Development vSummit is a one-day virtual conference providing expert insights into the boutique residential sector. The summit is known in the industry for its market insights, expertise, the calibre of its speakers and projects.

The Grounds of Kew
The Grounds of Kew by Beulah, located at 367 Cotham Road in Kew, is only 6km from Melbourne CBD and offers a collection of 21 large-scale apartments across three levels. Kurraba Residences sits in a tightly-held peninsula on Sydney Harbour between Kirribilli Point and Cremorne Point. The joint venture between Third.i Group and Pheonix Property Investors (PPI) offers house-sized two and three-bedroom apartments.
Inspired by the rich character and distinctive heritage of the grandest of art deco homes, Kurraba Residences is defined by large balconies and semi-circular windows encircled by lush landscaping on all three sides. Luna
