A prestigious collection of penthouses has been unveiled on the Brisbane riverfront in Toowong – the final jewel in the crown for Monarch Residences.
Consolidated Properties Group (CPG) has released its last collection of residences in Monarch Residences, with the announcement marking the final chapter of the $450 million absolute riverfront project.
The limited release comprises a collection of just six penthouses, aptly named the 'Penthouse Collection', anticipated to garner significant demand from sophisticated buyers.
Andrew Scriven, director of Colliers Residential, has described this penthouse release as "a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own such a home of this calibre, with a breathtaking landscape with vistas of the city and 130 metres of north-facing riverfront.
“There will never be another place like Monarch Residences,” he said.
Each premium penthouse ranges in size from 295 sqm to 347 sqm, priced between $5.75 million and $7.9 million. They admire an ‘uncompromised focus on quality’, with minimum ceiling heights of 3.2m, ample natural light, and uninterrupted views.
“We launched Monarch Residences in early 2023 and it’s been one of the best received residential projects in our 45-year history, as well as Brisbane’s, with the apartments now 95% sold out ahead of construction completion end of next year,” said Consolidated Properties Group CEO and chairman Don O’Rorke.
The well-respected developer collaborated with Melbourne-based Architectural Institute of Australia gold medal-winning architect John Wardle and leading national architectural practice Cottee Parker to design these penthouses.
The residences are poised to provide a luxurious, elegant, and unmatched living experience, embodying the true essence of Brisbane riverfront living.
“Each residence is a testament to modern design capability, sophistication, architectural excellence, and remarkable construction,” said John Wardle.
Monarch Residences is a distinguished development, comprising 224 apartments across two 15-level towers being built on the former ABC site on Coronation Drive. The site spans 1.2 hectares and includes over 130m of direct river frontage.
Residents will have direct access to the historic heritage-listed Middenbury House, currently being restored and refurbished on site to become a landmark riverfront restaurant and café, with the proposed new Toowong-to-West End Green Bridge, a Riverfront Park, and a cycle path also part of the riverfront precinct.
The project will be built by renowned building company Hutchinson Builders and is expected to complete by the end of 2025.
Those interested in securing a piece of this iconic development should visit the riverfront sales office at 600 Coronation Drive, Toowong, before its closure at the end of the year due to construction.
Three- and four-bedroom residences are now selling.
