“Residents will be able to leave their apartments at One Sydney Harbour and easily access an electric Porsche, ready and waiting.

“We’re pleased to partner with Lendlease again and drive up the standard of amenities in modern developments.”

As a resident of One Sydney Harbour, you can book a Porsche Macan EV – Porsche’s first fully electric SUV – or the high-performance Taycan EV through the Outbound app, making it easy to have date night in style, run errands, or attend meetings in style.

A future-proofed development

As part of Barangaroo South’s precinct, One Sydney Harbour’s operations are carbon-neutral certified through the precinct's Climate Active Carbon Neutral Certification. 

A key initiative for the precinct is to source 100% renewable electricity through onsite solar initiatives and the purchase of LGCs. This ensures that 100% of the electricity used to charge the vehicles is generated by renewable energy sources.

Over $4 billion in sales

The introduction of this car share service follows the strong success of One Sydney Harbour’s sales, which have now surpassed $4 billion. With 95% of residences sold, the development offers a rare opportunity for buyers looking to secure a home in one of Sydney’s most prestigious locations.

Prices start at $1.68 million for a one-bedroom apartment, with two-bedroom residences from $3 million and three-bedroom offerings from $5.3 million.
