Derby Street by Milieu is a limited collection of 22 residences shaped in collaboration with acclaimed Melbourne practice Studio Bright.

Situated at the top end of Collingwood, between Gertrude Street and East Melbourne, the building responds to a setting that combines the cultural richness of the inner north with the quiet character of heritage streets and mature gardens.

As Studio Bright’s first multi-residential building in Melbourne’s inner north, the architecture and interiors embody a level of craft and care more often reserved for stand-alone homes.
