Creativity, sustainability, design & community are all parts that make up the frame for Canvas. Each of the 62 apartments has been designed with these four pillars in mind.

Our team, comprised of award-winning developers ID_Land, architects Rothelowman & interior designers Hecker Guthrie created Canvas – adding another piece of the mosaic to Brunswick.

It’s a place where families, couples and individuals can congregate to create a collective home.

Meticulously crafted by award-winning architects Rothelowman, Canvas’ open window architecture allows a flood of light to cascade into both the residential and communal spaces. City & park views stretch to the south, whilst the built form captures northern sunshine.

Interiors by Hecker Guthrie

Practicality, functionality, & liveability define the sophisticated interiors within Canvas. Each apartment floor plan maximises open plan living whilst the full height windows bring the outside in.

With precision evident in each space, you are sure to distil the ‘grid’ with your personal approach to living.

Sustainable Community

Canvas is built with community and sustainability at its heart. Our rooftop communal spaces provide a work from home space, a quiet corner with a good book, or a stunning view whilst entertaining family and friends. The residents only area hosts communal garden spaces, collects rooftop rainwater, and is offset by solar.
