Frank Developments’ founder, Frank Licastro, once lived in the building that previously stood on this site. It was here, on the sand just 50m away, that our connection to Burleigh, and the lifestyle it offers, began. MYST is the project that followed, shaped by this exact stretch of North Burleigh coastline and the feeling of belonging to it.

Its form is drawn from the ocean itself. Soft, sculpted curves inspired by the mist that rises as a wave breaks - a building that responds to its setting rather than competes with it.

A limited collection of 34 residences spans 18 levels, with just two homes per floor. Each is designed with four bedrooms and dual living zones, delivering the scale of a home in a rare beachfront address. Bookend balconies frame dual aspects - the ocean to the east and the hinterland to the west - while full-height glazing draws natural coastal light deep into each residence. Interiors are intentionally restrained, allowing residents to shape their own expression: travertine, oak timber, polished nickel. Kitchens and laundries are appointed with Miele appliances throughout.

Resident amenity includes a poolside lounge, sauna, wellness studio, BBQ terrace, and dedicated surfboard storage, designed for effortless coastal living.
